Ordering a diamond from Igloo Diamonds® is easy.
Upon affecting a search of our Igloo Diamonds® inventory you may select diamonds for a free-24-«Lock», to actually «Buy», or only to «Review»--to flag diamonds that you would like to consider later or to keep in mind (those will be added to your order-portfolio for such later reassessment).
From there you follow the order placement screens and your order enters the Igloo Diamond state of the art processing system.
Notice: You may cancel or discontinue your order at any step and, in fact, even after receipt of the diamond (in the latter case by exercising your no-hassle money back guaranty). Accordingly--submitting any stage of the ordering form is non-committal as you may request to «Review» your options only. You may, therefore, initiate your submissions free of worry.
Your order will generate a «Virtual Order Folder», a sophisticated version of the more conventional «Shopping Cart», designed especially for the needs of diamond purchases, e.g., placement of locks etc., allowing you to manage all aspects of the order. The exact availability status of the inquired diamond(s) posts to your «Virtual Order Folder» the next business day (North America)following your order submission.
If your desired selection is available, you may pay by «Wire Transfer», a «Check» or «Money Order» (USA only), or by «Credit Card» (North America only--some limitations apply). «Credit Card» Payments are entered first, upon placing the order, as reserved funds only, and actually charged only if a diamond selected for «Buy» is confirmed available AND placed under «Lock»; «Credit Card» Payments fall under certain limitations which are automatically imposed by the order form. For your safety, we accept only Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode enabled card (read more about our payment policy).
Your order will be shipped to you upon verification of clearing of your payment or the next business day, barring unforseeable circumstances and depending on shipment load etc., fully insured up to signing for it*, «Next Day Air» category, accompanied by all certificates, the free gift packaging of stylized ice-igloo replica in clear acrylic ring box (view). Diamonds of over $30,000.00 may be shipped via Brinks. Notice: Brinks will only deliver to a commercial address.
* - Our liability and insurance terminate at the recipient′s signing for the diamond′s receipt. Diamonds not signed for will not be covered as of their moment of unsigned-for delivery. You must, therefore, make sure with FedEx (1-800-GO-FEDEX) that there is no «Release From Signature» for your address in their files, or else be personally present at the time of delivery and personally accept your package and/or liable for the actual safe delivery--our insurers and us held free and harmless.
