When the purchased diamond is an Igloo Diamond ® your diamond's characteristics are archived and kept on file with Igloo Diamonds ® and, in part with third parties.
By being accompanied by at least 4 cross referenced certificates, the diamond, its Canadian origin and its landmine clearing are all firmly established through the web of the mutually referenced certificates.
At the core of it all lies the official GIA or AGS grading report, known sometimes as its «certificate» or «cert», that contains all the necessary information for a positive identification of a diamond by any qualified gemologist.
Each Igloo Diamond is accompanied also with The Igloo Diamond Certificate, The Igloo Diamond Certificate of Canadian Origin, and the Cleared Minefield Plot certificate issued jointly with Adopt-A-Minefield. The Diamond Grading Report Number serves as a common-denominator. In The Igloo Diamond Certificate of Canadian Origin a reference is made to the cutters Unique Manufacturing Number for Canadian origin diamonds enabling its tracing to its region of extraction in Canada. Thus, your diamond's identity, its origin and good deeds are all secured, interlinked and guarantied.

Diamonds that participate also in the local government's special monitoring program are issued also a separate GemPrint Certificate, the gemological equivalent of human fingerprints, on a numbered record, utilizing a new and revolutionary process:
A unique graph represents the gemological characteristics of your diamond. A matching record is kept on file, for absolute positive identification. |
