All the material and commitments and/or undertaking contained and put forward in the site are Without Prejudice and in good faith. Any appearance of commitment that is unintended and is derived from an unintended, good faith error in presentation and representation is null and void.
Igloo Diamonds and/or its operators, employees, contracted parties, consignees or suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict product liability or otherwise, or any damages whatsoever incurred to the recipient and/or any third party and which is related directly or indirectly to the social or personal function in which the shipped merchandise is to play a role and due to its delivery timing or return, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In the case of aborted purchase due to incomplete, NSF or faulty payment instruments--amounts reflecting our costs, liquidated damages and losses are deducted from our reimbursement of the affected payment. Such payment failures on the part of a client do not, in themselves, constitute grounds for our «Money Back Guarantee». The Diamond remains Igloo Diamond's, and/or its operators' property until and conditional upon establishing non-failure, in part or in full of the payment for it and/or for its shipping and handling. Delivery or pick-up refusal or failing to affect them on the part of the client at the shipment destination do not, in themselves, constitute bonafide grounds for our Money Back Guarantee and fall under same deduction-from reimbursement policy as outlined above.
Custom ring and other jewelry designs that are ordered by means of forwarded
images but without some or a full range of all pertinent measurements for all
measurable design features, will be manufactured on "best effort" basis, as
based on our craftsmen reading and interpretation of the forwarded image. The
relative ratios and proportions of its measurable and other design aspects,
and/or actual measurements of some or all of the measurable design features, in
other words, the ultimate "look" of the design, may differ from the expected,
desired, perceived or perceived to have been ordered design due to such design
ambiguities, limitations of the forwarded 2D rendition and of its
interpretation, and/or due to geometrical, metallurgical and/or mechanical
constraints, and Igloo Diamonds, its principals, employees and contracted
parties will be held free from liabilities for such perceived and/or real
differences and discrepancies.
